We are ready to welcome you to the friendliest gathering of writers in the world, August 29-31. Start your ticketing by purchasing a Main Festival Pass. You’ll need to know which breakout sessions you want and you can see those on our Schedule page. After you’ve purchased the Main Festival Pass, you’ll be given the choice to purchase Agent One-on-One sessions. Or an add-on Intensive workshop. Again, refer to our Schedule page.

Main Festival Pass: Price Increase Schedule
Early Bird Main Festival Pass: March 25 to May 25 3,600SEK
Middle Bird Main Festival Pass: May 26 to July 25 3,900SEK
Late Bird Main Festival Pass: July 26 to August 20 4,200SEK

  • Main Festival Pass: Includes your lunches August 30 and 31.

  • Add-on tickets: To purchase these, you need to first purchase a Main Festival Pass.

  • Agent One-on-Ones: You can add an Agent One-on-One session after purchasing your Main Festival Pass and there is no limit to the number of meetings you can book.

  • Intensive Workshop: You can add on an Intensive workshop after purchasing your Main Festival Pass.

  • Yes, you do have to purchase a Main Festival Pass before buying add-on tickets. We do not offer our add-ons (Agent One-on-One meetings or Friday intensives) to people who are not participants of the Festival.

  • Early Bird Ticketing ends on May 25, so get one as soon as you can. After May 25, the price for a Main Festival Pass will raise from 3,600SEK to 3,900SEK through July 25. Thereafter, the price is 4,200SEK. Please note: in the past we have sold out before reaching that level so BUY EARLY!

  • Tickets cannot be refunded by SWF, but you can purchase insurance from Billetto, our ticketing partner, during the purchasing process. Tickets are 100 percent transferable. Just contact us with the name to whom you want them transferred.

  • Absolutely. You may have more than one manuscript to pitch. Or you may want to present the same project to multiple agents. So there’s no limit to the number you can buy.

  • Yes. We’ll provide a code when you purchase your Main Festival Pass that will unlock add-on tickets you can use. If you have any questions, you can always contact us!

  • When you purchase a Main Festival Pass, you’ll be asked to select your preferred breakouts. Book early! If a breakout is over-subscribed, we have, in the past, had to close them.
