Available Tickets

SWF24 offers three ticket types:

• Main Festival Pass (required): Includes lunch August 24th and 25th.

• Intensive Workshops (optional)

• Agent One-on-Ones (optional)

Note: Optional tickets must be purchased with the Main Festival Pass and cannot be bought separately.

Early Bird Tickets are discounted until May 25th, subject to availability. Standard pricing is in effect from May 26th to August 4th. Lazy Bird Tickets for late registration may be available from August 5th to 23rd, space permitting.

Tickets are non-refundable, but are transferable. Ticket insurance can be purchased through Billetto, our ticketing platform.

Standard Tickets

After May 25th, the ticket prices will increase to the Standard Ticket rate, so be sure to take advantage of the Early Bird Tickets while they last.

Lazy Bird Tickets

Lazy Bird Tickets may be available after August 5th, depending upon space. To ensure that you’re guaranteed a ticket and the sessions you want, be sure to purchase either the Early Bird Ticket, or Standard Ticket before August 5th - after that, it’s first-come-first-serve, based on availability.
